into building strong and diverse leaders and boards that understand
the importance of effective governance.
Given
the multiple challenges faced by nonprofits in today's environment,
many organizations are recognizing the need for outside assistance in
the areas of organizational assessment, strategic planning, board development
and executive leadership development. Impact

The firm's principal, Diane Franklin,
Ph.D., is an experienced nonprofit executive and consultant, with a
strong business and research background. The firm also works with a
number of associates who can provide additional resources in the areas
of meeting facilitation, marketing and PR assistance, development, financial
management, diversity consulting, etc. Once we understand a client's
specific needs and goals, we come up with a plan to help achieve those
goals and, if necessary, assemble a team to provide assistance with
specific tasks.
