Impact Collaborative offers consulting services to individual or organizational clients and workshops to organizations or funders that are trying to increase the knowledge base of their members or grantees.

Consulting Services
Our core consulting services include:

• Organizational assessments and evaluations and, if desired, assistance with implementation of recommendations resulting from the assessment or evaluation
• Strategic planning including, if desired, the writing of strategic and operational plans
• Executive transition planning
• Executive leadership development and coaching
• Board development work
• Feasibility studies to test new ideas and/or provide data for a business plan or funder

We customize every consulting engagement to meet a client's specific needs. Some engagements involve short-term projects, such as helping an organization envision its future, develop its goals, and turn those goals into measurable implementation steps. Other engagements are more iterative, starting with one piece of work, such as an organizational assessment, followed by assistance with implementing specific recommendations arising from the initial assessment. In all cases, we work collaboratively with clients, involving them in every phase of our process.
